Full Registration
Attendance at conference sessions and trade exhibition (Monday 21 September
– Thursday 24 September 2009)
• Satchel, including program, book of abstracts, USB containing full papers and list
of participants
• Morning tea and Lunch (Monday – Thursday)
• Afternoon tea (Monday - Wednesday)
• Welcome Reception (Sunday 20 September)
• Conference Dinner (Wednesday 23 September)

Day Registration
Day registrants will be entitled to the following on the day(s) chosen:
• Attendance at conference sessions and trade exhibition
• Satchel, including program, book of abstracts, USB containing full papers and list
of participants
• Morning tea, lunch (Monday – Thursday)
• Afternoon tea (Monday - Wednesday)

NB Even if registering for more than one day, only one satchel and contents will be issued per delegate

All Registration fees are in Australian Dollars $AUD

Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Registrations will not be
confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by the following methods:

1. Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Diners Club is not
     accepted.
2. Personal or Company cheque (Australian delegates only) made payable to
    OzAccom Pty Ltd.
3. International Bank Draft in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian bank and
    branch made payable to OzAccom Pty Ltd.
4. Bank transfer: Please transfer funds in Australian dollars. Account details
    provided on registration form.

Your details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the REUSE09 Secretariat. Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) is required.

Membership will be verified and is not transferable. If membership information is incorrect then non-member rates will apply.

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations must be notified in writing to OzAccom. Cancellations received before
Friday 24 July 2009 will receive a full refund less a $200 $AUD administration charge. Refunds
will not be issued for cancellations received after Friday 24th July 2009. Substitute
delegates will be accepted without charge.
